My favorite hunky hero at the moment is Shane from Suzanne Brockmann's Born to Darkness. As a blacklisted Navy Seal in the not too distant vaguely dystopic Boston, Shane has trouble looking for work and ends up at the Obermeyer Institute as a research subject. The scenes between him and Michelle "Mac" Mackenzie are HOT! Love Suz's books and will read anything she puts out!
My all time favorite has to be Irving "Izzy" Zanella from Suz's Troubleshooter Series …. again Navy Seal but he is still active duty!
